Ooh, how did you make that? Sugar, flour...?

200 g melted butter
6 dl sugar
4 eggs
6 dl flour
1 tea spoon vanilla sugar (or essence)
Chopped almonds (if you want - I don't use them)
Raspberries (fresh or frozen, doesn't matter.

Melt butter and let it cool a bit, add the sugar and the eggs and stir.
Mix in the flour and vanilla.
Stir to make sure there are no lumps.

Put baking paper (or whatever it's called) on a big deep oven tray, cover edges etc., and pour the thick mix over.

Put raspberries on (and almonds if you want)

30 minutes in 175C or 350F.

Should be chewy when you take them out. They're best when they've been in the fridge.

Enjoy! ;)

Thank you :) What's dl?

Hahaa, sorry, translated recipe... a decilitre is a tenth of a litre. I keep forgetting it's not used over here!

Thanks :) I should probably have Googled it, but I thought it was your own form of shorthand. Should be fun to measure flour and sugar that way!

Ahh see I still find it annoying to weigh things! So when I try to use recipes where weighing's involved I just tend to guess... Doesn't always work but hey ho!
