1...200 g melted butter<br />6 dl sugar<br />4 eggs<br />6 dl flour<br />1 tea spoon vanilla sugar (or essence)<br />Chopped almonds (if you want - I don't use them)<br />Raspberries (fresh or frozen, doesn't matter.<br /><br />Melt butter and let it cool a bit, add the sugar and the eggs and stir. <br />Mix in the flour and vanilla.<br />Stir to make sure there are no lumps.<br /><br />Put baking paper (or whatever it's called) on a big deep oven tray, cover edges etc., and pour the thick mix over. <br /><br />Put raspberries on (and almonds if you want)<br /><br />30 minutes in 175C or 350F.<br /><br />Should be chewy when you take them out.
